Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

We are a tour and travel agency operating across India, providing hotel bookings and tour packages.
Customers are required to pay 25โ€“30% of the total amount as advance payment to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in the city or before the trip begins.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
We accept payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 10 days of travel are non-refundable.

Date Change Policy

Your data is never sold to third parties. We use it solely to provide our travel services.
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay โ€” a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at help@yuoom.in.
