Booking Policy
- We are a tour and travel agency operating in India, providing hotel bookings and tour packages.
- Customers are required to pay 25-30% of the total amount as an advance payment.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in the city.
- Any modifications or cancellations will be subject to applicable charges.
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 15+ days before the booking date are fully refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
Date Change Policy
- Any date changes must be requested at least 10 days in advance.
- Changes requested within 10 days of the booking date may not be accommodated and will be treated as cancellations.
- All date change requests are subject to availability.
Special Request
- Any special requests (e.g., room preferences, additional services) should be communicated at the time of booking.
- Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
