Booking Delivery Policy

Yuoom sells travel experiences, not physical products — nothing is shipped to you.

How you receive your booking

• Order confirmation is sent instantly by email after payment.
• Your detailed trip itinerary, pickup point, timings and trip captain's contact are shared on email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking and again 2–3 days before departure.
• Any train, flight or bus tickets included in your package are shared digitally before departure.
