Terms of Service

By booking a trip or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after full payment (or the advance amount shown at checkout) is received and you receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp from us. Prices are per person in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Traveller responsibilities

  • Carry a valid government-approved photo ID for every traveller.
  • Share accurate names, ages and contact details; we are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information.
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary needs or accessibility requirements before departure.
  • Follow the instructions of the trip captain and respect local laws, customs and fellow travellers. We may remove a traveller from the trip without refund for unsafe, illegal or abusive behaviour, or for use of drugs.

3. Minors

Travellers below 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Itinerary changes

Itineraries, hotels and transport are indicative and may change due to weather, traffic, local restrictions or supplier availability. We will provide a similar alternative wherever possible.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Insurance & liability

We strongly recommend travel insurance. Yuoom acts as an organiser and relies on third-party hotels, transporters and activity providers; we are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by them or by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the trip.

7. Photos & content

Group photos and videos taken by our team during trips may be used on our website and social media. Tell the trip captain if you do not want to appear in them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
